Happy Easter!

So this morning the kids were laughing and eating candy at 2am, yep that's right two o'clock in the morning. I went out and just watched them having a great time. Kenz was talking ridiculously loud since she didn't have any of her hearing devices on and couldn't hear herself. I let them look at their goodies and then tucked them back into bed. I will always remember that special little moment, even though I was insanely tired. Here are a couple picts from this morning. I tried to get some of Jeremy and Skyler, but Dad said we were going to be late for church. We are cooking steak and shrimp for dinner and going to bed early tonight, we have been up so late all week! It has been a wonderful Easter. Oh I also took the kids to the Temple Easter Pagent on Friday, it was amazing. The kids were so good for me,I was nervous at first to take them since I was by myself and we were there a few hours early to get good seats, but they did awsome and really enjoyed it. Kenz was very unhappy about the way they were treating "Jesus." I had to keep telling her that that was just an actor trying to show us what Jesus's life had been like. It helped the kids really understand that Easter is not about the egg hunts and candy, although it is fun, the real reason is the resurection of our Savior. It was a neat experience.

Jeremy's Family Egg Hunt

These are just several random pictures from our little get together last night. We all made homemade pizzas and the kids had an Easter Egg hunt. I just feel so blessed to have such a great family. We always have such a great time when we just get together and visit and the cousins get to play. Thanks Brig and Wade for having it at your house, you're the best!

Family Fishing

Ok, so here are a few picts from our fishing trip this last week. I'm happy to say that Skyler and Kenz both caught their first fish. They were small blue gill, but in tradition we had a nice camp fire and grilled their fish over it, they LOVED it. Jeremy also caught his first catfish this year, he is actually cooking it this very moment. The kids had a blast, I think they liked playing with the worms more than fishing though. Thanks Dad for the great outing!

Me and my baby

Ok so I know a few of you have made comments about how I never post pictures of myself on my blog. So this weekend, I took a picture of Jeremy and I together. We had a great weekend by the way. I love my in-laws, they are the best, they are so wonderful to let Jeremy live there until we can move back down. So hopefully everything will go well with selling our house and we will be able to be together by the end of the summer, it has been a long year apart. It is funny how much joy he brings to my life. Things just are not the same without him. Things don't taste as good when he isn't here to enjoy them with me, movies are not fun to watch without him, life just seems like it is moving and I am in this blurr without him. The only thing that keeps me so excited and happy is knowing that we get to be together on the weekends. As dumb as it sounds and yes I am stealing it from the movie, but he really does complete me. Ok you can all go puke now, but I am so serious, he is the best and I am the luckiest girl to have such a kind, loving, and incredibly handsome husband! I LOVE YOU JEREMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
